Well today after 2 years I had to call Gregg to come and fix the shade on my slider because it was Jammed. These are rollup shades and I LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! One of the valances had become stuck in the mechanism, so he put something on the edge to prevent that! Took him all of ten minutes and we were good to go! I can't tell you how nice it is to have someone to rely on when you have trouble, that is honest, dependable and really good at what they do! All I can say is if you need window treatments Greg is your guy and you can take that to the bank!

I called New Vista on a Saturday morning. Coincidentally, Gregg was in the neighborhood on a job and stopped by. He was professional, courteous and no-nonsense.We ended up ordering window shades for our large slider leading to the backyard. When he came out to install them, it was quick and efficient. We loved the shades so much we called Gregg back and ordered window coverings for the whole house! The shades are quality and beautiful also. It was the best experience I have had in Las Vegas from any vendor.

This is a very overdue review. I just wanted to give recognition where it's due. Gregg was amazing from beginning to end. Came to give us a quote on a Sunday, was punctual, professional and very informative. He installed our roller shades sometime last year October or November and we absolutely love them. Best price in town, very quick turnaround and kept us up to date along the way. They were installed by him personally in a timely manner. I just cannot stop bragging about him and his business. Wow! What a great company!! We are very impressed with the company-Gregg is extremely knowledgeable about the products offered (in our case, blinds/shutters) and the prices are excellent. Gregg came to our house for a consultation, he was very professional, prompt and informative about everything we had a question about. I am so impressed by this company. We ended up getting some motorized shades and some gorgeous draperies. Gregg gave an approximate date of when the installation could happen, and that he would keep in contact with us throughout the whole ordering process. Even when the fabric we chose for our draperies, was put on backorder, Gregg called us and explained the situation and that it would put our installation date back, possibly by a couple of weeks. We were upset that we had to wait longer for our installation day, but Gregg kept to his words and emailed or called us every step of the way. When our draperies finally came in, Gregg called and scheduled an installation. We were so excited! Gregg arrived with his crew and installed our beautiful new draperies and shades. They look absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I are getting a kick out of telling "Alexa" to open and close the shades. Thank you Gregg! Thank you New Vista Window Fashions!
